Russia has her life back thanks to KEY Animal Hospital - Karl E. Yurko DVM.

They took her and seven other huskies in from horrible circumstances at a West Virginia puppy mill. They were all terrified. And they didn't know how to walk on carpet or grass. Imagine seeing grass for the first time at 7 years old! I would be afraid of everything too.

Luckily, Jenni was able to help by taking them into the rescue and giving all of them the space to learn how to husky. And now Russia is ready to learn how to family.

This beautiful red girl is still a little shy and can take a little time to warm up around new people. But she comes to the staff for treats, she absolutely loves treats. As well as the occasional nose boop. Russia definitely needs a pack to help her feel safe and give her confidence in a new space. This girl likes to play but is mostly laid-back and content to chill with her dog friends.

Russia is located in Oklahoma at Husky Halfway House. And she is ready to learn how to be a part of a family, if someone can take the time to teach her.

All H3 dogs are adoptable anywhere in the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, and we can transport them straight to your door with an approved application. To apply, please visit our website. www.huskyhalfwayhouse.org/adopt
