Husky Halfway House Foundation
General Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and residents of Oklahoma, or of any state in the United States under whose laws a sweepstakes drawing is fully permitted. The following are not eligible to participate in any sweepstakes: Husky Halfway House employees, contractors, board members, volunteers, and immediate family members of Husky Halfway House employees, contractors, board members, or volunteers.

2. Ticket Purchase. Sweepstakes tickets can be obtained online through Husky Halfway House Foundation's designated entry page for a suggested donation amount specified for each sweepstakes. Each sweepstakes ticket will be issued a number that is entered into the drawing. Each sweepstakes ticket holder may contact Husky Halfway House at howl@huskyhalfwayhouse.org to obtain the number(s) associated with their sweepstakes ticket(s). An individual may purchase a maximum of 20 tickets per sweepstakes unless otherwise specified. Sweepstakes tickets are not tax deductible.

3. Sweepstakes Timeframe. Each sweepstakes will commence and end on the dates indicated on the sweepstakes entry page. Unless otherwise specified, the typical duration for a sweepstakes is approximately two weeks.

4. Drawing. Sweepstakes drawings will take place promptly following the conclusion of each sweepstakes. The winning ticket will be drawn at random by a volunteer of Husky Halfway House Foundation. Winners do not need to be present to win.

5. Notification. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 48 hours of the drawing.

6. Claiming the Prize. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the drawing date. If a prize is not claimed within this period, or if the winner is not eligible under these Rules and Regulations, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Prize. The prize for each sweepstakes will be specified on the sweepstakes entry page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Taxes. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.

9. Compliance. Each sweepstakes is conducted in accordance with Oklahoma state laws and regulations governing charitable sweepstakes. Husky Halfway House Foundation reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations as necessary to comply with governing laws.

10. Disqualification. Husky Halfway House Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in violation of these rules and regulations or engages in any conduct that undermines the integrity of the sweepstakes.

11. Voluntary Contributions. Husky Halfway House Foundation offers sweepstakes entries for a suggested donation amount indicated for each sweepstakes. Any contribution or donation in exchange for participation must be made voluntarily. However, an individual may receive up to the maximum number of entries available without making the suggested donation. To obtain entries without making a donation, please send your name, email, phone number, address, requested number of entries, and confirmation that you are over the age of 18 to:

    Upon receipt, Husky Halfway House Foundation will issue entries for participation in the sweepstakes.
