I barely recognize him. My mind always went back to the moment he returned, after running away for 5 days when he first got to the rescue.
Literally walked up to the gates, injured, skinny, tail between his legs and a look on his face that said, “food, water and I’ll never do it again.”
I was worried he would regress when I picked him up from his foster but nope, she did a great job getting him chunky, healthy, confident and ready for his new home.
And don’t worry, Rudy isnt in jail. That’s one of those amazing Impact Dog Crates that were donated to us by this incredible company who helps out rescues.
Now let’s get this boy to his new home. That happens today .
This is why I have no problem donating to H3. My now ex girlfriend said I was too generous with my money in constantly donating whenever there was a need at H3. Too bad...I would rather spend my money on a worthy cause than a judgemental person.
