Willy Needs a Home

We need to find Willy a home. While we’ll love and care for him forever if we have to, he really shouldn’t be living out his days as a sanctuary husky among hundreds. Just look at his face and those soulful eyes—how could you not see that he deserves a loving, forever home?

Willy’s past hasn’t been easy. He survived the harsh streets of Texas, fought through heartworm treatment, and has been through two adoptions that didn’t work out. He’s non-confrontational and gentle soul. His previous adopters loved him, but the resident dogs bullied him.

Willy is a laid-back, affectionate guy who enjoys human attention, whether it’s playtime or nap time, he would love to spend it with his people. He’s anxious when left alone and doesn’t handle crates well—they stress him out, even transport crates. He’s prefers his own space but does okay with calm low-energy dogs.

We know Willy isn’t meant to be halfway home forever. He deserves a special place in this world. We know it is out there, waiting for him, can you help us find it for him?
