Who Wants to Foster Max?

Before I leave the Wheeling WV area, I wanted to try to fill this kiddos request by NOT taking him back to the rescue. Anyone on this side or on my route back want to care for a cute little sasshole who thinks he is the boss? Someone with a small pack cause Max doesn’t like to share much, and someone that can skillfully make him share so he doesn’t end up back with me for being a sasshole. Any takers?
