We lost Boomer

Agony and ecstasy.

The three words that sum up rescue. Sometimes even going rogue is not enough. We were just notified that Boomer was euthanized at the emergency vet this morning.

We came too late.

Which is no reason not to stay rogue.

We will be rescuing Hector from Oklahoma City in Boomer's honor. We will convert our devastation for Boomer into a future for Hector. Please continue to donate for Fletcher and Hector and the other six that we rescued this week. Please channel your anger and hurt and sadness at what happened to Boomer into helping us save these other dogs.

For everyone else, let's do the damn thing. Let's do for Hector what we could not do for Boomer.
