This tiny rescue with less than 1000 followers, that trains police dogs is being preyed upon by Melissa Bacelar at Wagmor Pets. Not surprising. If you are going to scam, one small rescue won't cut it. You need to use lots of rescues. Assuming the allegations are correct, this could be a criminal matter. It should really be referred to the attorney general's office of the various states involved.
They suck. Can't you report them?
