This guy needs help.
The family who found the dog and caught on camera him being dumped near their home, would like to help him. He was dumped in Tulsa, midtown on Forest Blvd.
Maybe he belongs to you, and you didn't mean to lose him?
I cannot take him in but maybe someone here recognizes him.

The reasons I dislike so many people grows exponentially on the daily. Poor baby! Although, I am hopeful he will find an actual forever family and not be returned to people who discard him as they would a cigarette butt. Grrr...
Prayers that he has been properly taken care of and hopefully not returned to the people who dumped him.
