Meet Spot, the herding Husky!

She is a beautiful, energetic and playful two-year old girl. We think she might be an Aussie or border collie/husky mix, maybe even a heeler husky. Her striking eyes and boundless enthusiasm make her stand out in any crowd.

Spot’s journey began as a stray. As a one-year-old she was found wandering the streets of California.

Last summer at Devore, she absolutely demanded attention from Jenni. Although H3 was there for just one husky, Spot’s persistent calls of "Now! Now! Get me out of here now!" were impossible to ignore. Even as a puppy, she knew how to advocate for herself, a trait she’s carried with her to this day.

In the end, H3 took all of the huskies out of Devore that day, including Spot.

Spot is still very vocal and super smart, loves to play, and gets along with everyone. She would make a wonderful companion, for other dogs and active families. People who will take her on hiking trips, play games with her, and go on adventures.

She is ready for her adopters to come and get her! Now!

Spot is currently located at Husky Halfway House in Oklahoma. All H3 dogs, including Spot, are available for adoption throughout the USA, except for Hawaii and Alaska. We offer transportation services directly to your door upon approval of your application.
