Meet Kavik!

We have featured this beautiful red boy before, and I just don’t understand how he hasn’t been scooped up!

According to his foster Mama, Taylor, he has the softest fur! And as you can tell from the video, he is a typical husky when it comes to shedding!

Also like many huskies, Kavik has a high prey drive and can become super fixated on cats. So, a home without them would probably be for the best. Though his foster has kitties, they just keep them separated. As for other dogs, he does great with more submissive males and female dogs.

He is very good motivated and thrives on a routine. To the point where, if something happens outside of his regular routine, he makes sure to tell you about it. Especially if you are late with his dinner!

This dude also loves to play, especially if it involves water or fetching a favorite toy! He is also content to lounge around outside with a bone, without a care in the world. He loves his people but does just fine when he is left alone. He is kennel trained, as well.

This handsome pup is overflowing with love and energy, ready to become your loyal companion. Someone just needs to give him a chance!
