Blows my mind that me looking at my phone literally saves the dogs life. What the F has this world come to?

I can not believe what a sweet and gentle dog he is for what he's been through. He just wants love and people. Even in his condition, he is so ADORABLE! How can anyone possibly do this to such a sweet baby?
