Match Madness at H3: Every Ticket, Every Dollar, Every Husky

It was a wild, heart-packed week at Husky Halfway House as we raced toward our biggest mid-year funding match yet—$71,000 on the line, and only a few days to hit the goal. From adoptable husky features and transport goodbyes to sweepstakes fun and coloring book chaos, here’s everything that happened in one place.

💥 THE $71,000 MATCH — FINAL COUNTDOWN

Big news, guys! A very generous donor all the way in New York has extended our match by another $20,000 😱—bringing our total matching funds to $71,000.


We did meet the first match! We hit that $50,000 mark, and we cannot thank you enough for your support. 😍


This new $20,000 match gives us a chance to keep supporting ourselves while we work on getting our number down to 100.


As soon as that happens, I’m going into Riverside and doing some rescuing.


But right now—we need big-time help hitting this new $20K match. We’ve got until next Friday at midnight to get it done so we can pay the contractor with the money we already have.


And in the meantime, I’m just gonna be up here begging you to buy a ticket for the Ninja Swirly. It’s an ice cream machine, guys. Ice cream. And we’re broke.


If everybody just bought one ticket? We wouldn’t be broke—we’d be rescuing.


Just buy one more, please. I need to sell 1,000 tickets, and I need to sell them now. I’ve got bills to pay, and the donations coming in need to go toward construction so we can keep paying bills later.
