Lobo might look like a big, intimidating guy, but he's actually a giant sweetheart! This three-year-old husky gets along with all the packs here at the rescue. He loves to play but is also calm and gentle when he needs to be. Lobo is a people person and a dog lover. He’s got a thing for treats, toys, and comfy beds too.
A four-foot fence won’t cut it for this dude, but having to spend time with him in the yard or take him on nice long hikes is a small price to pay for his absolute loyalty. Bonus: he won’t pee in your house (most likely anyway, as we’ve never seen him mark his territory inside). Talk about perfect!
Lobo's story starts as a stray in California. He was put on the euth list, probably because no one wanted to adopt him due to his RBF. H3 saved him, and he was adopted by a family, but it didn’t work out. Lobo kept escaping to go exploring. We hope the third time is the charm for this beautiful boy!
Need a walking/hiking/camping partner? How about a couch snuggler for those long fall and winter nights that are just around the corner? Lobo is ready and waiting for you! #supportrescue #adoptme
RBF 😂 he has quite the stoic stare, but oh his smile!! And those eyes!!
Beautiful Lobo will find a perfect home 💓💓💓💓❣️
Prayers for a furever home for Lobo🤗
