Paisley is the husky that wins hearts wherever she goes. She’s not just good with everyone and everything—she's a star! Last year, when Husky Halfway House participated in the Christmas parade, Paisley was chosen to ride on the float even though she had been with us for a little over a month, we knew she would be just fine. With the other H3 husky ambassadors, the staff, and volunteers Paisley toured the town. Basking in the glow of bright lights, the hum of loud music, and the presence of countless strangers. She's even up for wearing costumes! Annabelle had no issues slipping Paisley into a Christmas outfit for the parade. And guess what? Paisley had no problems with it at all. In fact, she seemed to enjoy herself!
Before coming to Husky Halfway House, Paisley was in a shelter in California where she got sick with kennel cough and giardia. Despite her rough start, she has shown herself to be the chillest husky around. Paisley loves meeting all the people and has a lower energy level with a playful side. She gets along great with all the huskies, preferring the calmer ones so she doesn’t have to correct them. She’s never started a fight but knows how to set her boundaries.
We keep wondering why Paisley was a foster return at the shelter because she is such a wonderful dog. Maybe it was the diarrhea—if you have or had a husky, you know how sensitive their tummies can be. Maybe her previous foster family weren't husky people and couldn't handle the poop. But now, Paisley is healthy with good stools. So, she is wondering if someone can give her a home now?
If you think Paisley is the perfect fit for your home, don’t hesitate to reach out to Husky Halfway House. Let's give Paisley the forever home she deserves! Details👇
