These last few days at Husky Halfway House were the perfect storm of joy, chaos, heartache, and hope. From new adoptions and surprise giveaways to urgent rescue missions and pajama parties, the week proved—once again—that rescue is anything but ordinary.

🐶 Spotlight: Garfunkel the Drama King


Garfunkel, a 3-year-old husky from OKC, is tall, opinionated, and fully convinced he should be your only boy. He prefers the ladies (human and canine), thrives in a low-energy home, and isn’t afraid to express himself when his royal needs aren’t met.

😍 ADOPTED! Vanilla Finds Her Person


It didn’t take long for Vanilla to charm every human she met—and now, she’s no longer halfway home. This stunning, spirited girl found her perfect match and officially joined the growing list of happily adopted huskies.
