This is the type of ignorance that gets dogs killed.
Dear Steven, head to the local pounds! Yes! Great advice. That is one less dog that I will have to rescue however, let me make some real easy corrections for you since your math doesn't really math and you seem to have some issue reading about who we are and what we do. So here I will enlighten you.
My fee is $150 and then after that once we drop the dog off to your home anywhere in the country for free because we don't charge transport fees, we ask that you support us monthly with $25 a month for a year.
The total adoption fee to adopt my husky is $450. However, 300 of that is broken up in a monthly payment.
Here is what we spend on their rescues.
$500 minimum to pull out of the shelter in a different state. Which most of them are pulled from different states.
Vaccines are all up to date to include rabies, the 5 in ones, the Bordetella and we also give them a heartworm prevention shot that will last for a whole year that shot itself cost $125 and we do not charge that to our adopters. Spay and neuter and microchips.
We also groom the dog before we transport them and that costs an additional $50.
So, let's do some math.
Rescue - 500
Onsite care - 1000
Vaccines - 150
Heartworm prevention -125
Microchips - 50
Credelio flea and tick 30 a month.
Delivery to another state 1000
Groom 50
Total? 2905
So, Steven, how can we help you with your little adding problem because you seem to have enough resentment towards me to steer people away from my work but yet you can't do simple math. I'm saving lives here and you're trying to stop me.
How about you come here and tell everybody why because I'd like to know?
Let's see your math... I'm waiting...

Good Lord the ignorance of some people really baffles me. 🤨🙄🤦♀️❣️ Apparantly Steven needs some math classes and an education of what it actually takes to rescue!!!
