I’m 5 years and 9 months of fire, floof, and fierce loyalty—and I’ve been at H3 for about 180 days now, ever since I strutted out of the Downey Shelter like I owned the place (because, let’s be honest, I do now) 🏞️ 
 
I’m not here for small talk or sharing circles. I’m here to be your one and only—queen of your couch, keeper of your heart, and supervisor of your snack game 🛋️🍗 Other dogs? Nope. I don’t do competition. I am the competition 😤 
 
Look, I’ve got my moods. I’ll grump, growl, maybe throw in a little bitey-bite if you’re not reading the vibes 🐾 But if you speak fluent Husky? If you know how to give space when I need it and snuggles when I want it? We’re golden 💛 
 
My ideal day? Two solid walkies 🚶‍♀️🌳, a good chew or snack 🍖, then it’s straight to nap city with my person. On my terms, of course. You’ll get affection, but it’s earned. And oh, when you earn it? I’m the kind of ride-or-die that makes all the effort worth it 💅💘 
 
So if you’re strong, smart, and have a thing for spicy redheads with attitude and heart? I’m right here. Waiting. Bring treats and respect—and maybe a throne.

H3 Virtual Adoptions

Every Husky at Husky Halfway House needs food, medical care, shelter, and love every single day.It costs about $10 a day to care for one dog, and with over a hundred huskies on-site and transport currently paused, we need your help more than ever.

That’s where Virtual Adoptions come in.
When you virtually adopt, you’re sponsoring one of our Halfway Huskies while they wait for their forever home.You’re helping cover their daily care, meals, medication, and their second chance.

How it works
You choose your husky and your level of sponsorship, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If your chosen dog’s sponsorship is already met for the month, your donation will automatically go toward the next husky with the highest need.
If your husky gets adopted, we’ll contact you with the details of your new Halfway Husky and offer the option to switch or continue your sponsorship.
