Hey hey! I’m Otter—your future best friend, snuggle partner, and full-time goofball! 🐾💛 
 
I’m three years old and powered by joy, zoomies, and good vibes. When it’s playtime? Oh, I go all in. Think yard sprints, toy chases, the occasional air leap—I bring the energy and then some. But don’t worry, I’ve got an off switch too. After a good romp, I’m all about the cuddles. I mean, serious cuddle time. I’ll curl right up next to you like it’s my job (because honestly, it kinda is). 
 
Now, I gotta be real with you—I’m not big on sharing my food. A guy’s gotta have boundaries, right? So I’d do best in a home where I can enjoy my meals in peace. No big deal, just my little quirk! 
 
What I do love is people (like, a lot), and I’d thrive with an active family or a high-energy pack that can keep up with my zoomie level and give me some structure. I’ve been hanging out here for about 660 days, and while I’ve loved the crew, I’m so ready to find my forever home. One with adventures, belly rubs, and a cozy spot to snooze next to my person.

Every Husky at Husky Halfway House needs food, medical care, shelter, and love every single day.It costs about $10 a day to care for one dog, and with over a hundred huskies on-site and transport currently paused, we need your help more than ever.

That’s where Virtual Adoptions come in.
When you virtually adopt, you’re sponsoring one of our Halfway Huskies while they wait for their forever home.You’re helping cover their daily care, meals, medication, and their second chance.

How it works
You choose your husky and your level of sponsorship, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If your chosen dog’s sponsorship is already met for the month, your donation will automatically go toward the next husky with the highest need.
If your husky gets adopted, we’ll contact you with the details of your new Halfway Husky and offer the option to switch or continue your sponsorship.
