Hi, I’m Mouse — and I’m ready to scurry right into your heart! 🐾 
 
I know, I know — with a name like Mouse, you probably think I’m tiny and shy. Surprise! I’m actually a big, bold husky girl with a whole lotta personality. And honestly? I think that just makes me even more lovable. 
 
I’m 4 years old, and I’ve spent 936 days waiting (very patiently, thank you) for my perfect person to find me. That’s over half my life dreaming about a home where I can finally unpack my toys, stretch out on a comfy bed, and love my humans with everything I’ve got. 
 
I’m a classic husky through and through — smart, sassy, talkative, and definitely a little bossy when the mood strikes. So if you know how we huskies roll, we’re probably going to be best friends. Once I bond with my people, I’m a total velcro dog. Like, “Where you go, I go” kinda love. ❤️ 
 
I’m looking for a home where I can be the one and only, soaking up every bit of attention I’ve been waiting so long for. I’ve got medium-to-high energy, so I’m always down for a walk, a hike, or a backyard zoomie session. But don’t worry — I’m also an expert snuggler when it’s time to wind down.

Every Husky at Husky Halfway House needs food, medical care, shelter, and love every single day.It costs about $10 a day to care for one dog, and with over a hundred huskies on-site and transport currently paused, we need your help more than ever.

That’s where Virtual Adoptions come in.
When you virtually adopt, you’re sponsoring one of our Halfway Huskies while they wait for their forever home.You’re helping cover their daily care, meals, medication, and their second chance.

How it works
You choose your husky and your level of sponsorship, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If your chosen dog’s sponsorship is already met for the month, your donation will automatically go toward the next husky with the highest need.
If your husky gets adopted, we’ll contact you with the details of your new Halfway Husky and offer the option to switch or continue your sponsorship.
