Kristoff came to Husky Halfway House as a puppy alongside Tylee and Zuko through a transfer from the Jason Heigle Foundation. But here’s the thing—he’s not a puppy anymore. He’s grown into a sweet, goofy, affectionate boy who somehow manages to blend into the background.

Kristoff isn’t the loudest or the pushiest. He doesn’t demand attention like some of the others, so he often gets overlooked. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, and Kristoff just isn’t squeaky. But if you take the time to notice him, you’ll find an incredibly lovable and cuddly companion.

He does well in most of the packs, though being a bit smaller than the other huskies, he sometimes gets picked on. It can bring out his sassy side, but let’s be real—no one likes being picked on. He’s come a long way since his time in the "young and dumb" group, learning boundaries and becoming more confident. He has a little bossy streak now and then, but nothing major. Overall, he’s a happy, well-adjusted dog who loves attention, is treat-motivated, and has that perfect mix of medium energy—ready for adventure but just as happy to lounge on the couch with you.

Kristoff could use some training, and he’s probably not potty trained yet, but with the right person, he’ll thrive. He just needs someone to see him, to choose him, and to give him the love he’s always been waiting for. Could that be you?
