I’m 4 years and 8 months old, and I’ve been running this joint for almost 230 days now. Came in from a local humane society with strong “get off my lawn” vibes—and honestly? Still got ‘em. 
 
I’m not here for nonsense. I like structure, space, and snacks. I don’t like chaos, clinginess, or anyone touching my raccoon ball without asking. 🦝⚽ Boundaries are important, okay? 
 
But hey—don’t get me wrong. I’ve got love. Just… not for everybody. I pick my people. And once I pick you? I’m all in. Ride-or-die. I’ll zoom, I’ll play, I’ll even be a total goofball. My guy SBG? He gets it. He’s my favorite. He lets me be growly and weird and still calls me a good boy. 💚 
 
I’m not really here for small kids or dogs who don’t respect my space. But if you’ve got snacks, patience, and a little bit of grit—we might just be a perfect fit. 
 
So. Bring the treats. Keep your hands off my raccoon ball unless I say so. And don’t even think about adopting SBG. That dude’s mine. 😎

Every Husky at Husky Halfway House needs food, medical care, shelter, and love every single day.It costs about $10 a day to care for one dog, and with over a hundred huskies on-site and transport currently paused, we need your help more than ever.

That’s where Virtual Adoptions come in.
When you virtually adopt, you’re sponsoring one of our Halfway Huskies while they wait for their forever home.You’re helping cover their daily care, meals, medication, and their second chance.

How it works
You choose your husky and your level of sponsorship, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If your chosen dog’s sponsorship is already met for the month, your donation will automatically go toward the next husky with the highest need.
If your husky gets adopted, we’ll contact you with the details of your new Halfway Husky and offer the option to switch or continue your sponsorship.
