Look, I know I’ve got a bit of a story… but I think it makes me more interesting..

Back in June 2025, I was out there doing my thing in Tulsa—running the streets, minding my business—when I got hit by a car. Not my best day. I broke my foot, and yeah… it hurt. A lot. But I didn’t quit. I’m still here, aren’t I?.

The nice people at TAW picked me up and started helping me heal, but here’s the thing… I’m a husky puppy. Sitting still in a kennel? Not happening. Not then, not now. So I packed my bags (okay, fine, I didn’t pack them) and came to Husky Halfway House..
.
And from day one? I was *busy*..
.
Cast on my leg? Didn’t matter. I was running, playing, keeping up with Jenni’s dogs, redecorating the drywall… you know, normal puppy activities. I had energy to burn and zero interest in slowing down. Still kinda true, if I’m being honest..
.
I didn’t stay long before I got adopted the first time..
.
Yeah… *first* time..
.
That one didn’t stick. Four days later, I was back. No big deal though—I knew the crew here. Familiar faces, familiar chaos. Felt like home..
.
Then I tried again. And… again..
.
Okay, okay—if you ask me, I did nothing wrong. But apparently, I “wouldn’t leave my brother alone” and “needed to learn boundaries” and “can’t just decide I’m the boss of every dog I meet.”.

But hey—we’ve learned some things about me. I’m young. I’ve got a lot of energy. I don’t come pre-installed with “perfect house manners.” And if I don’t have something to do? I will absolutely invent something… and you might not like my ideas..

Here’s the good part though—.

If you give me exercise, structure, and actually keep my brain busy? I’m awesome. Like, *really* awesome. I’ve got a goofy side, a sweet side, and yeah… I smile. Like a real, full-on “how are you even this cute” kind of smile..
.
I just need someone who gets dogs like me. Someone who won’t expect me to be perfect on day one, but will actually show me how to be the best version of myself..
.
You bring the patience, the rules, and maybe a solid game plan….
I’ll bring the personality, the chaos, and that smile you won’t get tired of..
