Hey. I’m Beau. I’m 7 years old, I’m white-furred, and yes—I will find the nearest mud puddle and make myself at home in it. That’s just who I am. 🤷‍♂️ 
 
I came from San Bernardino and I’ve been hangin’ around here at the rescue for almost 370 days now. And let me tell you—I’ve seen enough of these loud, bouncy young pups to last me a lifetime. Pack life? No thanks. I want my people, not other dogs. Give me some snacks, a little room to run, and a couch with my name on it, and I’m set. 
 
Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve still got some play in me. But I’d rather toss a toy around with you than get caught up in the husky chaos. And full disclosure? I might climb a fence if I’m feelin’ curious—so keep an eye on me. And if there’s a mud puddle out there? I’m probably already in it. What can I say? Clean fur is overrated. 
 
So, if you’ve got a calm home, a soft place to land, and maybe a towel or two—you and me? We’ll get along just fine. 🛋️🛁🐾

Every Husky at Husky Halfway House needs food, medical care, shelter, and love every single day.It costs about $10 a day to care for one dog, and with over a hundred huskies on-site and transport currently paused, we need your help more than ever.

That’s where Virtual Adoptions come in.
When you virtually adopt, you’re sponsoring one of our Halfway Huskies while they wait for their forever home.You’re helping cover their daily care, meals, medication, and their second chance.

How it works
You choose your husky and your level of sponsorship, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If your chosen dog’s sponsorship is already met for the month, your donation will automatically go toward the next husky with the highest need.
If your husky gets adopted, we’ll contact you with the details of your new Halfway Husky and offer the option to switch or continue your sponsorship.
