Hi, I’m Barry – Your Professional Zoomie Machine and Snack Expert 🐾💥 
 
I'm almost 6 years old, but trust me—I’ve still got enough energy to run circles around you (literally). Zoomies are kinda my thing. So are toys. And people. And big, meaty treats. Basically, if it makes me happy, I’m all in. 
 
I’ve been hanging out here for over 660 days, and let me tell you, I’ve really mastered the art of being a husky. I love hard, play harder, and yeah... sometimes I love with my teeth a little. (Have you seen my grin though? Come on, you can't say no to this face.) 
 
Even though I’m a little older in husky years, I still go nuts for park days and teasing my packmates. Life’s more fun when you stir up a little trouble, right? What I really want is a medium- to high-energy home where I can get all my zoomies out, then crash into your lap like the oversized lapdog I know I am. If there's room to run and a person to cuddle, that's my kind of heaven.

Every Husky at Husky Halfway House needs food, medical care, shelter, and love every single day.It costs about $10 a day to care for one dog, and with over a hundred huskies on-site and transport currently paused, we need your help more than ever.

That’s where Virtual Adoptions come in.
When you virtually adopt, you’re sponsoring one of our Halfway Huskies while they wait for their forever home.You’re helping cover their daily care, meals, medication, and their second chance.

How it works
You choose your husky and your level of sponsorship, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If your chosen dog’s sponsorship is already met for the month, your donation will automatically go toward the next husky with the highest need.
If your husky gets adopted, we’ll contact you with the details of your new Halfway Husky and offer the option to switch or continue your sponsorship.
